What are CNCAirSystems suction cups?
They are vacuum suction cups for CNC machine worktables, designed to hold workpieces without metal clamps that could damage the tool.
Are they compatible with my CNC machine?
They are compatible with SCM machines. For other brands or custom sizes, contact us for a tailored quote.
What does “metal-free” / tool-safe mean?
No metal parts in the working area: if the tool accidentally touches the suction cup, it won't be damaged.
How does the quick-swap system work?
When a part wears out, you replace only that one (body, gasket, or pads) — not the whole suction cup. The base stays fixed on the machine: you save time and money.
What holding force do they have?
Up to -0.9 bar, for a firm grip on the workpiece in X and Y thanks to the non-slip pads.
What materials do you use?
Body in PETG (impact and heat resistant), gasket in TPU-85A, O-rings in NBR, non-slip pads in SBR.
Do you make custom suction cups?
Yes. We build custom suction cups for sizes, shapes, and machines outside our standard catalog.
